Columbia 211 ? Anyone seen one ? Where was it made and sold ?

Here's mine. Made (or assembled) in Japan, around 1928, I believe.

One of the main differences between this and the usual Columbia models is that the main internal horn is wooden sided, not metal, which gives it far more bass response. That, plus the padded top and bottom of the case, make for a beautifully "mellow" sound.
