The horn may be original (although in rough shape). However, the radiator paint is not.

It's not particularly early. Just a common black & brass 14" horn, (although painted gold on the exterior cone portion). If you mean is it original, yes, it's an original horn.

It's a common B & B horn painted gold. Stay away from it. It's way overpriced for what you are getting.
