Kruesi call my lawyer - Edison Graphophone

The decal actually looks quite legitimate age-wise, hardware good though the cabinet restored. However the logo combination seems impossible. Was this logo from some type of contemporary re-brander / job-lotter possibly selling old stock under their own name?
