Had an idea and went with it.
I have been wanting to play my few Edison DDs, but without a DD machine, I couldn't. My idea was to make an adapter for my VV-IV. The adapter was a ½ inch copper 90 degree fitting that I connected to the Exhibition sound box and then duct taped to the gooseneck. I know this isn't the best way to play DD records, but it worked with no record wear that I was able to detect. The sound quality is also quite good, very little, if any sound was escaping at the joints. If I can get a working camera I will post pics.

Yes, I did. I got one in my Easter basket from mom.
