It's a VV 8-4, refinished, with a broken tone arm back bracket. Replacements are available for about 85 dollars.
It's hard to tell condition of the soundbox.
The asking price of $445.00 is too high with these issues, IMO.

that's also a cheap after market reproducer, probably pulled from an inexpensive portable.
