On the first day of last month, I made an unbelievable find at a flea market in San Francisco's Little Moscow district: the elusive Soviet counterfeit version of the Edison Diamond B reproducer, the semi-mythical Lenin-Tone.
It's complete and appears completely identical to an actual Diamond B, other than additional badging. This one even came with its original presentation box. Lenin-Tone, the Voice of the Proletariat!
See the attached photos. Obviously more research is needed, but in the meantime, I'm sure you will agree that this is completely...unbelievable!

It looks like a Diamond B to me with new stickers on it. The box looks like a modern cardboard one with stickers on it. Other than that, It looks like a nice reproducer. I don't think these are Russian copies, if such a thing were made.

Whoever sold you this took advantage of you. This looks like a cheap Indian knockoff of the original reproduction Soviet Lenin-Tone reproducer... the originals had a hand engraved signature done by Lenin himself.

But, the question remains: is it loud?
