SOLD: 24” H&S Brass Horn w/Cast Iron Stand - $225

Post by Zwebie »

Here is a nice Early 23 ¾” by 9 ¾” All Brass Hawthorne & Sheble Horn, and Cast Iron Table Crane. The horn is in Very Good shape with the usual small dents and dings, (nothing major, and all seams are tight). The Table Crane base measures 5 ¼” across, and the crane can be extended from 19 ½” to 25” tall. It is old, and has received a coat of gold paint at some point in its life. (The stand will accommodate up to a 30” horn). This setup looks great with anything from a Columbia Q, up to an Edison Standard.

The price is SOLD, (I can deliver to Union for free).

PM or Email any questions.

Out of curiosity, what is the machine pictured with it? The works strongly resemble an Edison Gem B; but the position of the speed control doesn't seem to match. Is it an Edison-Bell?

Interesting! I had never seen a Gem in a wooden case before...
