Gem D throwing the belt
I have a Gem D that throws the belt, i have tried several times to adjust the lower pulley, seems the idler twists sideways slightly and off goes the belt, is it possible to replace the idler and or arm?

Bend the idler arm to make the idler wheel track correctly on the belt. The problem could also be the belt itself.

I'm thinking belt also, I would make a new belt and go from there.JerryVan wrote:Bend the idler arm to make the idler wheel track correctly on the belt. The problem could also be the belt itself.
Make sure the lower pulley is lined up with the upper pulley.
Check to be sure there are no chips on the side walls of the pulleys also.
You can also remove the belt tensioner or put it behind the belt and just run the machine to see if there is still a tracking issue.
