Seventh Berliner Supplemental Record list *Dated*

This has to be one of the largest (in size) "supplemental" list for records (single page folded). I have placed a quarter on it to show the scale. Although, it claims inside that these are monthly supplements. I particularly like the fact it is called the "seventh" and with a full issue date of June 15 1898. Kind of cool. Was this the seventh issued for 1898 or since National took over...??. The image of the Improved Berliner and agent ink stamp at the bottom of the cover are icing on the cake... .

Can a member provide any information on this Hartford Conn. Agent..??. I have not been able to locate anything other than the street name was for obvious reasons... .
