It has reproduction reproducer, wood tonearm and crank. Horn may or may not be repro. Any ideas? The seller is asking $1700.

Without pictures and more information like what type horn it's pretty hard to put a value on it.
Personally with all the repro parts I would assume the horn is repro also. In that case I would say $1700 is over priced for what's there.
Collectors will pay for complete original Berliners, but an original case, motor, turntable and support arm covered with repro parts are a different story.
