WANTED : Sapphire Stylus for Pathé soundbox

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a sapphire stylus to fit a Pathé soundbox - this is the one like a needle but with a sapphire at the end.

Pathé sapphires can be purchased from Ron Sitko (518) 371-8549 they cost $40 if I remember correctly.
