We are all familiar with the one that went from "Victor" to "Victrola", and of course "Rockola" named after the founder of the famous jukebox company. Yet, there are numerous other music related names which end with the "ola" postfix. I wondered how many there really were, so began to gather a list. I invite you to add to it, and let's see how many we can all come up with. I'll start it off with these:
Modernola
Motorola
Rockola
Victrola

Good topic. I'll add Amberola, Grafonola, Symphonla, and Claxtinola, and I'm sure there are others.

Aww shucks. The problem with the Martinola is that it always seems to be playing the same song.

Let's not omit pergola, crayola, heatrola, and crapola. OK, I made up the last one.
