Average Value of Amberola VI and 50 Mahogany
Could you guys give me an approximate value/sellin price of a good condition Amberola VI or Amberola 50, both in mahogany?

I would pay around 350.00 if I wanted one.

The Amberola VI is far less common and is, in general, valued higher than the Amberola 50. The Amberola 50 in mahogany is the most commonly found cabinet wood for that model. So, I would definitely value the VI higher than the 50. That said, however, the Amberola VI model A's have notoriously noisy motors which is definitely a drawback for the Amberola VI model A. But I would still value the Amberola VI model A higher than the Amberola 50 in spite of their noisy motors...all other attributes considered (same cabinet and bedplate condition, playing condition, etc.). A nice condition Amberola VI (especially the later model VI's) I would value at least at $350 and up depending on condition. Amberola 50 mahogany $300 or so. The Amberola VI or Amberola 50 in oak will be valued higher than their respective mahogany version anytime.
