That's likely to be a true needle in a haystack. I knew someone once who took a B plate and found a stamp of suitable size to add an S. It was not perfect but it was decent.
Personally, I would settle for a normal B plate to at least fill the space and give it the right look. At least until a real BS plate came along. Most people wouldn't even notice the lack of an S.
