Victor Reproducers and Presentation Boxes

I thought I would post pics of Exhibition and Victrola #2 reproducers and the corresponding supplied presentation boxes. This may help some of the new collectors out there... .

My XI was acquired with an Exhibition (nickel) that included just such a box as you show there. It's in like new condition, looks like it just came from the store.

I should add that (at least for gold Exhibition reproducers), different size boxes were made. One might suggest the reason was to do with the size or type of machine ordered. In other words....the large box offered with the higher end Victrola..?.
