I picked this Victor record album up at an estate sale last weekend - there were no records in it - but it looked to me like it might have been a dealer's album of demonstration records when the new Orthophonic machines and records were first introduced. Is it something like that, and are these very common items? Thanks in advance for the info I know I can count on you experts for.
I bought this item in my small home town, and there is a signature inside the album. Curiously the last name of the signature is a family name that I know. In fact, I went all through school with a member of that family, and I live in what was his grandparents house.
