On March 15, 1930 Thomas Edison should give an interview. Edison refused… It seems, that the Inventor of the Talking Machine didn’t like the idea of an Microphone in the garden… :D

Thanks for showing this. I've never seen it. This was just a year before Edison's death. He looks pretty tall and has a good posture for his age, and still walks good!

I love that "OH no! No way!" laugh, when he realizes the microphone is for him. "Not a-goin' to talk!" ... Tell it like it is, Tom ! He looks flustered and unpleasantly surprised - I bet nobody told him there was a camera waiting for him; I imagine if he wanted to be filmed, he'd have put in his dentures.
