I saw a Standard tabletop phonograph with inside horn. How much should I expect to pay for one these?

Pictures or model is always helpful.

If it's a inside horn Standard Talking Machine phonograph it would probably be a model B or E. They usually sell for a couple of hundred dollars, plus or minus depending on condition.
