FOR SALE: TA Edison Signed Phonograph Stock Certificate $850

Post by Let Us Not Forget »

First off, I guarantee this certificate and Edison's signature to be 100% authentic. This is a lifetime guarantee!

This is the Number 1 share for Canadian Edison Phonographs, Limited. It is made out to Thomas A Edison and Edison has signed with his famous umbrella signature at bottom. The certificate is dated November 20, 1920. It is in extremely nice condition.

Most of the signed Edison certificates I found online were priced at $1200 and above and very few are from phonograph companies.

Price is $850. Payment can be made via PayPal (gift option or add 3%), check or money order. Priority mail shipping is on me. Please email or message me if interested. Thank you.

Even though it's signed by Edison himself, Because the signature has holes punched through it (probably to help void the certificate), as a collectible signature, It will take a hit in the signature market because it is not complete. The certificate as a whole though with the hole laden signature does contain some value. What is interesting about the certificate is that it is Certificate #1 which holds some significance on its own! Did everyone catch that? It was mentioned in the first post.
