Help identify this unknown phonograph

I recently posted this machine in the Machine section of the Forum trying to identify this phonograph and got no response. It was some style of front mount machine. I thought that I would post it in the British and European section because I believe that it is of European origin. If anyone here can help identify this, I would appreciate it. Bill
