Yesterday i went in Torino (italian city) and an old man show me this incredible machine... the condictions are not too much good.. there are a lot of works to do maybe i will never finish this restoration... but it's a menestrel, and now i have it in my collection... not everyday i can see this type of machine.. i bought it for 300€ (near 350 dollars) the motor work perfect... i need a new arm (that is broken) and a reproducer...it is the green model.. what do you think about it??

If I look at your second photo, the fact that the piece for the reproducer adjustor may not be the only problem. The arm seems to have deformed out of shape a bit as well.
Is the arm rare? Chances of one being found as a spare at a flea market even in France - probably unlikely. I have not seem anyone make these as a standard replacement part as I expect that the demand is very small.

First Step, i have Cleaned the arm And i maked it straight.. before it was deformed.. now if i turn the knob i can regolate the height of the arm

What metal is the arm? If it is brass, you might be able to solder or braze a new piece in, and re-tap the hole...
