Edison B375 cabinet value question

Last year I picked up this cabinet at auction, and wasn't quite sure what the long term plans were for it. It's been a year, and I told my dad I am planning on selling it, so he's first in line... but, I'm not quite sure what a fair value for the cabinet is.

It needs some veneer repair, refinishing, a motor and horn assembly, the wood piece around the motor, and a couple holes in the back patched. Raphael was kind enough to send a spare lattice for the grill.
