Attaching Short Video Files?

Can small video files be attached to send in a PM? I have two videos of a machine playing. Each file is about 140 MB. Don't know what the maximum file size is for attachments.

I don't know how to put things on Google Drive and link to my e-mail?

You might want to upload them to YouTube as "unlisted" videos and send the links the in the PM. You can always delete them one they're no longer needed.
