WANTED: VV 4-3, 4-7 or 4-20.

Looking in California for one of the above-named Victrolas. Spring wound preferred. Does not have to be mint, but at least serviceable/good condition. Would expand my search to the rest of the U.S., were it not for prohibitive shipping costs. Thank you.

Greetings. I have a 4-7 (I think) that is in original working condition, except it is missing the grille and it may have the wrong crank (we once had the correct crank but it went missing in a major move, so it may be gone forever). It is near Coss Bay, OR.

Startgroove, that's farther than I'd want to travel at nearly 700 miles one way. Many thanks, however!

This poor little 4-3 has been for sale for the last six months or more, and the price has been reduced at least once -- https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/atd/5847497588.html

I noticed it's missing the bun feet, but looks restore-able, if it's not to far from you.

Hello and thank you for the reply. Yes, I've known of this machine for quite some time and have even spoken to the contact person in the ad. Was going to drive over (3 hours one way) for a looksee, but we got torrential downpours here this weekend and near flooding and I decided to stay in. Looks like aside from the cabinet issues that the sound box is also shot. I'm continuing my search . . .
