I do not know of any fox trots that were recorded on 2 minute cylinder. 2 minute cylinders were pretty much phased out around 1910.
Edison ceased production of wax cylinders in 1912.

You can find some new releases of Fox Trots from Vulcan cylinders in the 2 minute format.

If you are looking for period correct 2 minute cylinder recordings then the closest would be ragtime I think. They are also quite easy to find and affordable. You might also find some pieces marked as One-Step. For Fox Trot you probably need to look at some of the modern reproductions from Vulcan or similar.

I've never run into any of the "New Dances" on a 2 minute cylinder.

According to a number of references I've spotted, including -- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foxtrot -- the Foxtrot was introduced in 1914, and popularized by Vernon and Irene Castle, which would have been two years after the last Edison two-minute cylinders were produced.

I went thru my 2min. Albany Indestructible titles and came up with these four.

According to The American Cylinder Record Index "Indestructible and U-S Everlasting Cylinders" by Kurt Nauck & Allen Sutton:

#1517 & #1518 were released in 1914
#1537 was released in 1916
#1567 was released in 1918

Yes! Clarion in the uk were making cylinders very late. I have a box, sadly no cylinder! for the vamp foxtrot, by the clarion orchestra I think. I'd have loved to hear it I must say, but I wasn't too upset as it had farewell my bluebell by Peter Dawson in there instead, a favorite song of mine.

As djoutrage states, the answer is a definte "Yes".

Clarion in the UK were still making and selling 2-minute wax cylinders until the mid-1920s being the last known European manufacturer of cylinder records. It is not known when the company did finally cease manufacture but it was well into the "Jazz Age". It seems to have faded away sometime around 1925/1926, before being formally wound-up in September 1927.

A number of Foxtrots, Waltzs and One steps were issued, played by the company's house band the "Clarion Bijou Orchestra", from about 1917 onwards but they turn up very rarely and those that do are usually in a poor condition. A very soft type of wax seems to have been used which is prone to both wear and mould, especially given the damp British climate.

For anyone interested in researching the history of this fascinating, plucky and eccentric little company (who on earth would still issue two-minute wax cylinders into the 1920s?), the CLPGS have published a 44 page colour booklet and music CD on the various Clarion companies as part of their "Reference Series" project.

The cost is a very reasonable £6.00 GBP including world-wide postage and packing. Full details can be found on
http://www.clpgs.org.uk/reference-series.html

All the best
