Question about Rubber Horn Connector

Hello. I have a Gipsy gramophone with a probleme. The rubber horn connector is very hard. What have I to do for to soften the rubber horn connector?

Hello there's nothing you can really to do to soften it however you can use rubber radiator hose of the same diameter that's what I use on my phonographs.

You could try automotive brake fluid...
