I just have a couple of questions, that are completely unrelated to each other.

1. Why does there seem to be a lack of printed Columbia material, like, for example, instruction manuals? I've never seen a single manual for a Columbia cylinder phonograph.
2. Has anyone come across a box/holder for a Diamond B reproducer?
