I saw this on the Annapolis Craig's List. I can't seem to find any information on it.
What is this?

It looks like an Electrola 12-2 "Tuscany" manufactured in 1926-27, according to The Victor Data Book. Total number shipped is only 1703 units, but I don't if rarity means it's valuable. There would have been eight albums with these.
