I'm guessing they were made in Cadillac, MI given that it's on Detroit Craigslist.

According to R.J.Wakeman's article on Off-Brand Talking Machines (http://www.antiquephono.org/brand-talki ... j-wakeman/), the Cadillac was built by the Clements Manufacturing Company, 601-613 Fulton Street, Chicago.

Just from Mr.Wakeman's article he has them listed "Cadillac – Clements Manufacturing Company, 601-613 Fulton Street, Chicago, Illinois. EM" Sad he wasn't able to find an ad to go with it.
It does look like one of the neater generic off-brands.
