Anyone ever seen one of these before? Not mine, just found it interesting

It appears that the contraption is soldered to the arm, to the trumpet bell will turn around as the record plays.

So he called his trusty IV, Max. Then he took some red thread,
And he tied a big horn on the top of his head.
