In short, is not liberty the freedom of every person to make full use of his faculties, so long as he does not harm other persons while doing so?

It appears that the contraption is soldered to the arm, to the trumpet bell will turn around as the record plays.

Did that stop the old Grinch? No! The Grinch simply said,
"If I can't find an external horn phono, I'll make one instead!"
So he called his trusty IV, Max. Then he took some red thread,
And he tied a big horn on the top of his head.
