WANTED: Original Edison BA Cylinder Box 28000 Series

I'm looking for an original Edison Blue Amberol cylinder box used for the Grand Opera and Concert 28000 series. These cylinder boxes were solid dark blue with Edison written in gold script on the front, and had dark blue and gold labels on the lid. Looking for box and lid in very good condition.
