WANTED: Certain Edison cylinder boxes

I'm looking to fill out my collection of Edison cylinder boxes. I need the following:

Two Minute:
"Edison Records" early box with no portrait of Edison and no patent dates
"Edison Records" with last patent date 9/11/1900
"Edison Records" with last patent date 11/11/1902
"Edison Gold Moulded Records" - first style with red/brown lettering and no cotton
"Edison Blank" - multiple styles
"Edison Grand Opera", must have original lid

Also interested in any Edison 2M boxes not pictured in Koenigsberg's book.


Four Minute:
I need multiples of the following, preferably near mint with lids:
"Edison Special Amberol" - blue box
"Edison Special Amberol" - orange box
"Edison Special Blue Amberol"

"Edison Royal Purple Amberol" - at least 2 styles

Also interested in the various red and blue Concert boxes and the somewhat rare "outer box" that some of these came in.
