Oh, wow---what a travesty! I don't know which part I like more: the authentic Victor sound box, the genuine Victor horn, or the super-rare connecting hardware!
The only thing Victor about this is the tag and the dog.
I think Nipper will have a very long wait until a sound comes out of this baby!

He makes original one of a kind custom Tonka toys by combining parts from various derelict toys and they look surprisingly good...
