Post by melvind »

I've never seen anything like this. I would assume someone put it together. What do you guys think?

As there is no connection between the reproducer and the internal horn, the person who cobbled this thing together never even finished the job!

It's a combo coffee grinder/phonograph... Why waste all that cranking when you could have a cup of joe while listening to a remade cylinder playing "You're The Cream In My Coffee"...?

Curt that is a brilliant idea. Re do the next Edison as a Star Bucks phonograph and the younger generation will flock to buy cylinder shaped coffee cups. and as a bonus they can be played on a phonograph.. We need to do a start up on this. Maybe we can show this to Mark Cuban. Tom B

That's a swell idea! All we need to do is find the recipe for cylinders, produce larger cylinders, and then design a machine to play them.
