Anybody Hear Of This?

Has anyone heard of an Audio-Phonic Home Recording Unit? It is a plastic or celluloid horn about 16" long with was looks like a reproducer connected to the end. There are two needles coming out of the reproducer head, spaced about 3" inches apart. Midway down the horn, there is a post that connects the horn to a small disc shaped box about 5" in diameter. It comes with blank recors, (small, about 5" or so) and apparently is for home recording? I was offered one today and we didn't know where to put the price. Has anyone seen this or heard of it? It has the original box. Any idea of value or a fair price to offer?
