For Sale: Commercial Graphophone $300.00

Post by Talkophone »

No lid but has the original crank. Reproducer work done by John Nagy This will have to be picked up in Southern Iowa. Maybe the Oregon Express can deliver to Union or take back to West Coast. Any questions please ask. Has new belt

What are the speed, feed, and mandrel length
of this machine?

I suspect it may turn the mandrel at 80 rpm
and have either 150 or 160 grooves per inch
feed and take the 6 inch long dictation cylinders.

But so far that's only a hunch, that's why I am
asking.

Should be the same as any Dictaphone. They changed the name from Commercial Graphophone to Dictaphone later.
