I had a bad experience with an ebay seller, beadyeyes. I bought multiple items from this seller, and never got my items. This seller says they shipped from the post office. When I checked the tracking number, it wouldn't register. I downloaded and printed the tracking number and took it to the post office. The number turned out to be bogus.I left several negative feedbacks, to this seller. This seller responded that I was trying to beat the system. How do I do a followup to refute what this seller says?

Open a dispute with Paypal. They always take the buyer's side. Always.

Re: Feedback on ebay
I already have, and that part is taken care of. Also, I finally figured out how to refute what this person said. Anyway, beware of ebay seller, beadyeyes. There were a lot of good needle packets and other phono items. Just a word of caution dealing with this seller.

Re: Feedback on ebay
I have had a few transactions where I did not get what was listed or the items came in damaged. I immediately contacted the seller, and if that didn't work used the return item feature and that always got their attention.
The worst was a 1860's era weight driven clock that arrived smashed to pieces because the weights were not secured for shipping. I contacted the seller and sent photos and when the seller balked and tried to snowball me I initiated the return and included the photos and exactly what happened. That got their attention and I got a refund quickly.
I don't know if that will work in your case or not, if your seller isn't legit to start with it might not get you anywhere, but try initiating a return and include the bogus tracking number info you have as evidence.

Re: Feedback on ebay
The refund was applied, and I refuted the the follow up. When I budded on this, the seller had over 40,000 pos. feedbacks and has been with ebay since 1999. Anyway, the problem was solved. Thanks guys for the support and insight.
