Unfortunately, it says at the bottom of the ad "best offer. Cash Only. Pickup/meet near Odenton, MD" which violates Craigslist terms of usage --

Whenever I see an ad like that, I click the "prohibited" button at the top to flag it. Unfortunately, it takes a bazillion flags to have an ad removed.
