This is an exact copy of Perfect 14432, "Charleston". It's so accurate you can even read the label. It's single sided and is made of a hard plastic which wears well, even when played on a phonograph with steel needles. It contains no abrasives so new needles require being "broken in" by running them in the inside area for a few seconds. Needles will then last for 20 - 30 plays. A video of one being played on a Victrola VV-VIII is below (youtube).
The original record it is copied from is probably rated VG.

How do you duplicate your records? I mold with cheap tubes of silicone from Lowe's and then pour in the melted remains of assorted records that I find smashed at thrift stores.
I assume your method is a bit more professional...

Hi Roland,
I have a few jobs, one of which is repairing and custom building laboratory equipment, so I do a lot with silicon and teflon (glass and stainless too...). I just started copying some records in my collection using two part silicon and a vacuum oven. It took a lot of trial and error but I can now make perfect copies (one sided anyway).

I'd make you a copy of anything you'd like, save I own the title...
Name something you'd like a copy of, and I'll check my records.
