I am finally getting around to working on the Victor I that I bought last year at Union. I was sort of bummed out to find that the brass gear, mounted on the spindle, that drives the governor is badly worn. I am still rather new to this, so I don't know if anything interchanges with other models or not. I think this is a reasonably early machine, since the crank is slotted instead of threaded. Other than that I don't know what to say, except: "Help!".
I would appreciate any help in finding a replacement or suggestions. Thanks!

I believe Ron Sitko sells that gear. Jerry B.
