It's a Columbia BQ Graphophone and it looks complete to me. The horn is swiveled to one side and the tone arm is disconnected from the reproducer, which is how it would be when the lid is in place. Nothing wrong as far as I can see. I have one just like it.
The shipping cost seems wrong.

The backmount Columbia disc machines are very desirable and harder to find... BKT, BFT, BET, etc. The "T" designates a backmount tonearm and horn.

Yes, the Columbia back mount machines are my favorite. What's really great if you have a 2/4 min. machine. They sound pretty darn good.
