Hexaphone Rarity Query

Many years ago I acquired a rare curved glass Hexaphone that had its start in a Montana tavern. Serial number 1010066 (see attached photo).The Regina Company discontinued the curved glass design because the glass often broke when the lid was opened and it hit the marquee.The Company quickly converted to the flat glass design. Aaron Cramer had one in his collection but I understand it is now in France. As far as I know, Rene Rondeau is the only other U.S. collector who owns one. A few years ago, I had a chance to purchase the wood case but it was missing the lid and had two large unexplained holes in the side. It's possible somebody was able to repair the case and install the works from a 101 Model Hex. I haven't been to see the San Filippo collection in a number of years but , at the time, it did not include this model. Do any of you have information as to how many similar 101 models may be in other collections? Many thanks.
