WANTED: VV-VIII crank

Post by Phono-Phan »

I am repairing a VV-VIII and it is missing the crank. It needs a female 5/16"-24 end, about 4" from the end to the bend, and about 3" from the bend to the handle. Please let me know if you have one available and the price.
Thanks,

Ken, I probably have the crank you need. This should be a flat bar crank with a length of 4" and a drop of 3 ½". This has the oak knob and used for the early forward crank VV VI and VV VIII. For the later VV VI and VV VIII that uses a female crank, it is longer to compensate for the larger cases. The length is 5", and the drop is 3 ½". The knob is painted black. The crank is towards the rear on the VV VI, and in the middle for the VV VIII. PM me if you are interested.
