Hello everyone!
I have a very nice victor V with a spear tip horn for sale which, with minimum work, would be an awesome addition to any collection.
I believe that I saved this Victor from a re-finisher's shop, as you will notice it is missing a few pieces of hardware. Its missing its model tag, and its crank escutcheon. Neither piece would be hard to come by on a parts machine. I do believe that this machine maintains its original finish.
Also, take notice of the repairs to the horn. They are stable, but a bit messy, and could definitely do with some cleaning up.
The motor is strong, and winds well. There is a little noise at speed, that I'm guessing is governor chatter.
All I've done since I bought this was give it a wipe down, and re-build the exhibition reproducer. Its ready to play music as it sits!
The price is $3,200 and I can deliver this machine for free to the Wayne NJ show next week. Please feel free to ask me any questions, or if you desire additional pictures.
Thanks!
Aaron

That's not a bad looking V at all!
If that is a slotted spindle I see, it must be an early one.
