they usually pull em right away or give a notice that its copyrighted but i havent gotten a notice yet

It could be because there's a spelling mistake in the title & the automated thing hasn't picked it up, or they might wait until you've got a few hundred views, but WMG are pretty hard on that song because it's popular due to it being used in the video game Fallout 3.
It might stay, but dont be surprised if it doesn't.
If they do pull it, you can fill in a form to have it put back. I filled in the form about 4 times, and after that they just automatically slap an itunes ad & link on anything I upload that's copyright protected, so it's worth the trouble of submitting the form.
