Red flowered Edison horn?

I saw this on auctionzip and i'm pretty puzzled by the horn. The flowers are painted the exact same as a blue standard model E/fireside horn, but the base color is red. Did somebody meticulously paint around the flowers or did it come stock like this? I posted a picture of a model E horn for reference.

Would tell a lot if we could see the backside of the horn - is there the Edison decal? Most likely a nicely done repaint including the flowers.
