ALL RECORDS are in E- condition (labels are as pictured, very shiny surface, few light scuffs / hairline scratches, few small imperfections on surface BUT OVERALL LOOK AMAZING for almost 100 years old!) - visual grading.

Album cover / binder is in GOOD+ condition (completely intact but with some water damage, staining, some splits at the bottom of the record sleeves, slight warping to cover).
