EMG retailed several makes of records, almost exclusively of classical music, and published a monthly guide to record buying. The nearest they ever came to having their own label was their occasional "Treasury of Music" series. These records first appeared in about 1935 and were a short lived venture. I don't know who manufactured them, but some say that they were pressed from French masters. EMG's great rival Expert Gramophones were agents for the French "L'Anthologie Sonore" classical records.
