W A N T E D : Pathé' & Diamond disc adaptor

Hey there mates,
I am here seeking your valued advise and guidance.
Recently I received few Diamond discs as well as Pathé' discs

I have an HMV 102 gramophone.
So I am looking for appropriate "adaptors" that will allow me to play the Diamond discs as well as Pathé' discs.

You insights are much appreciated in advance.
