Trying to get ahold of Ken Woodbury — Number disconnected

Post by oldphonographsteve »

Hello All!

It's been a long while since I've had a chance to delve into the hobby, what with University taking up most of my time. I thought today was a good day for trying to catch up with an old friend, Ken Woodbury, whom I have not spoken to in a long while. I called him using the home number I had used for years — the one on his business card — and received an automatic message that the line has been disconnected. Of course, I was immediately concerned when I heard this. I had been going to see him at his shows since I was six years old, after all! I'm aware that Ken retired a while ago, so perhaps he is using another line. Is it possible he is using a cell phone now? Anyhow, if any of you kind folks here have a way to contact him it would be greatly appreciated.

Stephen

P.S. I apologize if this has been posted in the wrong section. As I said, it has been a while.

From what I have been told, Ken gave up his business. He has had some health issues the past few years and his partner passed away last December. The last I knew, he was still in his home in Keene NH. Maybe someone else has better information. Ken is a great guy and I wish him the best.
